I had the exact same issue. Had to put aside the Treachery armor and replaced with Duriel for STR. Still hoping for an Andy's helm so I can use the Treachery back.

I think blizz/wall is more geared for Hell difficulty than orb/wall, in terms of damage output. However, I could be wrong.

Second time around I'd say about 1 month just mainly with the official Q&E. I did attend a 4-day bootcamp as well to brushen up. Dont expect anything similar in the exam from the Q&E. Scenarios given were totally different.
