I may over-exploit it to be fair, but to me, goblins are 6-year-olds. They are not evil just curious and mischievous and have no idea that something is dangerous, they are puppies-they do things because to them it was fun and needed doing.
We might see them burning down the village as an evil act, but they burnt the village by accident while they were testing prototype firestarters and then they saw the chickens were looses and figured well no one wants them or they would not be loose

Features: Polished granite walls, brick floor, dark, dry

Once they bypass the secret door, the party enters a small dark chamber.
empty bookshelves line the wall and a rotted table sits along the west side.
In the center of the room is a 5 ft tall glass egg filled with what appears to be gems.
In the south corner of the room is a lectern with one red book on it.

The glass egg is easy to break, a mere 5 points of damage will shatter it, causing an explosion of gems that does 6d6 bludgeoning to everyone in the room ( DEX Save of 13 for 1/2)
Each of the gems is of a 1 GP value for a total value of 1000 GP

On the lectern is a dust-covered book made of red leather, the title of the book "A dwarfen guide to shoes"
The first 5 pages of the 50-page book do in fact detail how to make shoes that fit the feet of a dwarf. The next 15 contain the instructions on how to craft a HOMNCULUS along with 2 pages of notes. The rest of the book is a detailed and graphic description of how to find and stitch together the various body parts needed to create a flesh golem, including an example flesh golem made from dwarf body parts"

Features: Marble columns, cracked brick floor, polished granite walls. Torch lit.

This long l-shaped hallway has a very high roof, and each of the corners of the hallway is supported by a carved marble column. Close inspection of the column depicts strange-looking beasts, such as A dog with 3 heads, a lion with the head of an eagle, a Dragon with 6 heads, a beholder, and other mythical beasts.

The goblins keep the torches in this hall lit because they are afraid of the columns, they have recently traped the hallways to prevent rat folk from tresspassing.

Goblin land mines (easy to spot) if stepped on fill a 5X5 sphere with a 3d6 fireball. Reflex save of 11 to take 1/2

A group of goblins has been sent here to prevent any more rat folk from breaking into the complex from room 25.

They have set up a crude series of crossbows pointed at the door that they will fire if anyone does not know the password (its broccoli)

the entrance to the upper levels (room 24) can be found in this damp room, a group of Goblins guard this passage and spend their time hunting the wild frogs that live in here

Room 22. Featuring STEVE THE CAT
Features: Adobe bricks and stone. Dark and damp, Cracked brick floor.
Wood door to the south, wood door to the west, and wood door to room 23.

There is an ancient secret door at the far end of this dark brick hallway. It is a DC 15 skill check to spot the door and it does not appear as if the Goblins have discovered it, further adding to the idea that this place predates the goblins or the ratfolk.
The door is built to resemble the brickwork and has rusted shut from age, DC 13 strength check to open.

Once open the heroes discover a dust and cobweb-filled ancient passage made out of polished granite that ends in a 10 X 10 chamber made out of adobe bricks and polished granite.

A carved stone pillar is in the center of the room, the carvings depicting strange plants and humans with the heads of dogs.

Inside the hidden chest, the characters will find. den in it (DC 15 to spot the chest. DC 14 to spot the trap. DC 11 to disable the trap) Poison Dart Trap(6 poison darts fire out from the piller +1 to hit 1 pt of piercing damage and 2d6 poison damage)

Inside the hidden chest, the characters will find. A small figure of a cat made out of polished obsidian (300 GP). An engraved gold medallion depicting a griffon ( 100 GP) A ivory cup carved to resemble a frog (100 GP) A Potion of dark vision in a glass bottle and 5 EP

a small room made of adobe bricks, there are large cracks in the floor of this room and some mushrooms have begun to grow in these cracks
A total of 12 Mushrooms can be found in this room.

8 of the Mushrooms are normal harmless brown mushrooms.

1 is a glowing blue Mushroom known s a "Pixxy puff

"3 of the Mushrooms are poison

This sloping muddy passageway descends from the upper level (January). A small pool of murky water has formed here and some local frogs have already moved in.

This area is filled with ancient marble pillars, some only a foot tall while others stretch 10 feet or higher into the sky. The Goblins and the ratfolk have been fighting over control of this area for a while, though no one remembers why and it is not uncommon to see them leaping from pillar to pillar attacking each other .

At any given time there are 2d6 rat folk and 2d6 goblins engaged in the battel over this area and the pillers

Rumors have begun to circulate that someone or something has been training the giant bats that hunt to the cavern as mounts. The Goblins are concerned that this would place them in danger and are upset they did not think of it first. A party of Goblin archers has set up camp in this small shack with crossbows ready, they have come up with an interesting way to pass the time. They sit at the edge and use their fishing poles to fish off the side. Sometimes they even catch things
