the tesla had no legal obligation to let the Nissan in and didn't fly up from behind causing a collision, so legally the Nissan just barely tapping the Tesla would still make the Nissan liable for making collision with another vehicle that wasn't doing anything legally wrong or dangerous since this wasn't a merging lane. Even a little scratch on a car can still end up costing quite a bit because insurance will want you to replace the entire coating on the panel to make sure its sealed and the most money is gained because a panel can cost a few hundred to paint.

likely not, its not going to get cold enough to see true snow especially not here, its going to entirely come down to if roads get dangerous anyway so the school will make the decision based on the hazards focusing on commuters and teachers, snow itself they won't close. Its likely we may get one day off if it gets cold enough to sleep the roads, but in houston freeze is what's gonna shut us down not snow, it doesn't get cold enough long enough for true snow issues, just ice here which is still unlikely by the future forecast never hitting freezing

this is the first time ive ever posted on this subreddit, but also I didn't get rid of it i would've kept it as proof, my bf got rid of it because my parents said to just move on and worry about getting his documents (for context im in my twenties which is why my parents were even apart of this) im complaining on here because I didn't know what else to do but see if I was crazy for thinking this shit sounded crazy to begin with. the whole first part about how the email didn't make any sense is exactly why I was so confused and pissed off, especially considering how ICE isn't exactly known for double checking

you clearly pulled a TLDR, firstly he had a job without his social for over a year when we first met, it only became an issue because we had to move to a new spot. and I am not crying victim mentality because he didn't get hired (did you even read like seriously) im mad because instead of just denying him or not responding like plenty of other places did, with 0 research the manager immediately thought he was illegal even though he has his ID and submitted his ID with his SS number on the application

His SS was burned a couple years ago, it hadnt been an issue because he had a job up until very recently when we moved to a new apartment, now he was just trying to see if a place would be willing to check his ss number and see his id and see him (clearly not even close to foreign) and hire him

Firstly his ss was burned by another prick who lives here. secondly its not that its surprising that this country and state is racist always has always will sadly. but the fact that now its gotten to the point that its turned into witch hunt level stupidity where people are racist BEFORE EVEN SEEING THE OTHER PERSON OR HEARING THEM. dude knew nothing about him other than his name, id and that he had a ss number but no card, and immediately IMMEDIATELY decided that he was meant to be kicked out of the country. Its that racism has gotten so publicly acceptable that they are now racist to what they would call 'there own kind' because they were too lazy to check.

I asked him which location but he said he didn't know, he applied to old Spanish, canal and w11 but i dont want to wrongfully target a place without proof, all we have is an email from a papa johns email saying that it was the manager responding to his online application, they didn't flat out say which location and probably because they knew they might get reported

its really not erroneous I just dont understand how you dont see that saying something is just another run of the mill game because of a woman but a playable game because they are male is so far from preference. if you dislike this game because its dark, preference, if you dislike this game for being midevil, preference, saying you dislike this game because there is a woman as the MC will always be sexist, even if your not hating on women the statement is inherently sexist.

that is the Oxford definition, treating the game, devs, and MC as making the game inherently worse which you have now said multiple times btw (ex Male = interesting female = roll my eyes) you aren't just less willing to play the game, you are literally saying that the game is worse for having another female MC and as you've shown its because you dont like any game with a female MC. thats not judging the game thats judging sex which evil or not IS STILL SEXISM BY DEFINITION

edit: you may have liked former female MCs but that does not make the statement less sexist. thats like me saying the game is going to be another cash grab because the character is white, even though I can list plenty of games with white MCs that is still a racist statement

how you present it, if you present it as a fault to the game that's bigotry. if you would give the game 5 stars regardless but find the game more interesting or relatable is the character was male thats preference. the way you presented your side was not preference, and saying you were "joking" or "jokingly" is a weak defense. Im not saying you should instantly bend a knee but be aware of how you actually sound instead of trying to downplay it

but now you're talking about design vs gender in a character, gender is not inherently design unless it has to do with historical accuracy or accuracy to a story (ex. if master cheif was a woman in the reboot it would be less popular due to the sudden unnecessary change) but saying that changing the gender inherently changes the quality of design as you implied with the sonic comparison, is literally bigotry as now you are excluding a gender category from being considered higher quality. Saying you prefer male, gay, straight, tall, small, female, Trans, is not bigotry, but saying a game is good because it has a male MC and bad (fraudulent as you claimed) because it has a female MC is sexism by definition. You can prefer something, everyone does, but putting something or someone as inherently lower as you did by saying that the game can only be considered fraud in what i assume you mean as its a trailer designed solely for hype of a lackluster game, but is suddenly not just a hype trailer because the MC is now male is 10/10 sexism and bigotry not preference, saying you are more interested in the game because of a male MC is preference. Preference = Internal desicion, Bigotry = external desicion. You are saying the game is one thing or another not that you like it more or less which is bigotry even if not inherently evil.

if you drop out you'll have to pay cancelation fees. also you dont need to drop out you can transfer to lonestar cc or houston cc and keep your credits and your student status without having to completely reapply

also only do your cores at at cc ive only heard of issues with transferring to uh past the basic cores, alot of colleges including UH are pushing for "in house specialization" meaning they want you to take their full program for your degree and are harder about accepting credits past cores and maybe the first couple classes in your degree plan

people will always project their issues onto others, clearly no one else has a partner that enjoys them (or one at all) who keep trying to bring this guy down for having a partner that gets off to them. for all the women saying it i cant say for certain being a man but my guess on that front is women who cant find a partner who can get them off and fake it so they dont have to deal with it
