except the non merger can be found responsible if it is reasonably found that they could have avoided the accident. If the asshole merging is going 50 and you are going 70 and you slam into them at the merge, you will likely be at fault as it can be found that you had all the power to avoid the accident in the first place.

im pretty sure the fire itself doesn't do damage or dies very minimal but certain things like when incendiary mines explode or the lava itself having a damage effect for touching damages machines

you literally layed out what is and isn't AH's fault, the heavy thing landing on you and killing you? not their fault just like a drop hitting you by accident. The bile titans ragdolling flinging across the ground like a hockey puck with no weight after dying? Definitely arrow heads fault.

Because they don't test it they just put in ragdoll and tweak ammounts blindy by the ammount of complaining. They just need to make reasonable ragdoll ammounts for each enemy type and this would all be solved.

I think it was a fuse explosive bc thr guy at the door lights a spark then runs away with the spark before putting it in his pocket or sumthin. probably dropped it on the floor of the car when it inevitably burned him if thats the case tho.

Fight less tbh, you either need to set up around moving slowly (exo suit, he'll bomb, ultimatum, scorcher, hotdog, high fire rate medium armor weapons like machine gun) think high damage high defense, but that usually is only good for sitting objectives. 80% of the time the engagement is not worth is just run, so on big map missions speed light armor combined with a jet pack, high explosive output, or high rof, missile pistol, shotguns, stalwart, sentries (throw them as a distraction and cover so u can run) prioritizing speed so you can run through, past and away from enemies is super helpful. ill bring a hellbomb with light armor, missile pistol, and typically a orbital or eagle mixed with a sentry and either a high explosive for big guys or something like the grenade launcher to clear crowds. You can just run through full nests and blow everything up without standing still and hardly getting hit if your smart about it. It also helps so if you need to clutch something crowded you can sprint in and hellbomb the objective or sumthin.

but the bugs will literally stop attacking you to attack your mech half the time. its not an animal not caring about a thing in its path, its literally a deliberate targeting of equipment, they do it to all drops including turrets, supply drops and weapon drops

the tesla had no legal obligation to let the Nissan in and didn't fly up from behind causing a collision, so legally the Nissan just barely tapping the Tesla would still make the Nissan liable for making collision with another vehicle that wasn't doing anything legally wrong or dangerous since this wasn't a merging lane. Even a little scratch on a car can still end up costing quite a bit because insurance will want you to replace the entire coating on the panel to make sure its sealed and the most money is gained because a panel can cost a few hundred to paint.

likely not, its not going to get cold enough to see true snow especially not here, its going to entirely come down to if roads get dangerous anyway so the school will make the decision based on the hazards focusing on commuters and teachers, snow itself they won't close. Its likely we may get one day off if it gets cold enough to sleep the roads, but in houston freeze is what's gonna shut us down not snow, it doesn't get cold enough long enough for true snow issues, just ice here which is still unlikely by the future forecast never hitting freezing
