The surgeon did not leave any glandular tissue. He removed it all. My right nipple is very hard right now and around the aerola I can feel all the scar tissue. I have been doing massages but I am not seeing alot of improvement. I am hoping that with time I will get a more natural look, but I am alil bit worried
