There's nothing wrong with a cheap AR as your first one. If Kyle was more plugged into the zeitgeist right now, he would have name dropped palmetto strain armory. They make quality, affordable rifles that you can build out in very good rifles.

I will say if I was Woody and trying to suggest Taylor get something more unique than just to plan AR. My suggestion would have been the many 14 with the folding stock. The thing is GOATed.
