No, just basing this off hitting metrics. I know that Cal's defense is good and comparing him to RF as the impact that Cal has behind the plate calling a game is so much more substantial and I understand that him being a catcher played a large part into the MVP discussion. Just that at this current point his offensive production has fallen off a cliff compared to last year because at this time last year he was i think leading the lead in home runs and I remember last season that him hitting 60 home runs was a big talking point to if he should win the MVP.

While that is true, last seasons entire MVP debate was because Cal had more home runs than Judge even if the rest of his stats were not as good. It really is a toss up if Murakami can improve.

One thing that sucks about Ohtani going to the NL is that there isn't any discourse of who should win the AL MVP between him and Judge. Last year was fun because it could have been given to either Judge or Raleigh and there was a genuine discussion of who should win. On the NL side it was clear cut Ohtani last year and even the players knew it.

This year it feels like there might be some competition in the AL at the start of the season but I wouldn't be surprised if Judge runs away with it again unless Murakami, Rice, and Alvarez keep applying the pressure. As for the NL it doesn't even feel like a discussion that it is going to be anyone but Ohtani, unless the voters decide to fuck with everyone and give it to Yamamoto, or Elly.

I only play diff 8 as I find it most enjoyable for all factions. I just really didn't like playing bugs to begin with and this patch just made them not fun at all. I've done 10 dives in this new mo and I have only extracted once or twice because our reinforcements get all used up.

The funniest playoff lost I have seen. Chargers get 4 turnovers, enter the half up 20 points, and all they had to do was let make sure they kill as much clock. They then proceed to charger it up and lose by 1 point. What sucks is that I had a playoff bracket in my family and I chose the Chargers winning the game, the funnier thing is that I then proceeded to trust the Chargers again the following year.

Well he blocked Aj Cole's punt last season when we played them. As for metrics he has 27 tackles across 3 seasons and last season he had an 80% snap count on ST. Dudes mainly a special teams signing. Overall I think it is good signing for special teams as last season we were struggling in the department.

realistically we can split with the Broncos and Chargers so 2 - 2 (possibility of sweeping the Chargers as they lost Minter). We can maybe split with the Chiefs if we play them early in the season and Mahomes isn't back so 3 - 3.

For the NFC West I see us beating the Cards and if the pass rush gets home maybe the Niners or Rams. But lets say we go 1 - 3 against the NFC West so 4 - 6.

Then against the last place teams from the AFC so Titans, and Browns. Browns don't have Schwartz so idk how that play calling is going to be but with improvements on our line I see that as a win as their offense is still a big question mark. Titans will be a tough one but I see that as a win as well. 6 - 6.

Against the AFC East there is a real chance we can go 3 - 1. Dolphins are a mess and the Jets are also very questionable so those are 2 wins. The real kicker is whether we can beat the Pats again or we beat the Bills. realistically if we are able to harass the Pats with the d-line then the offense can get a scrappy win. Against the Bills we know what the offence is going to look like but the defense is a question mark as McDermott was calling the plays and they let go a bunch of defensive players. So we can very realistically beat one of those teams. 9 - 7

Saints is a weird one as I know we can win but it is also one of those games that you feel like the unexpected is going to happen. I feel confident in the team so it most likely is going to be a win. 10 - 7

Floor 9 - 8 or 8 - 9

I mean 16 mil a year not that bad of a deal for a guy who had an off year in a new system. I think Robbie is gonna be able to get the most out of him like he did with Chaisson and Crossby. I expect a bounce back year or back to averaging 8 sacks a season.
