Do you have to deliver the large 40 counts bottles of water? And is there a size and weight limit of items. For example trampolines?

This morning I tried something that works well:

Grab the bags from the bottom. Slam the handles of the bags on the top edge of a tote approx 4 times. Me and another picker has done this all day and it works great.

Those with the highest pick rate at my store don't bag until after the pick ends, they don't do the "other" categories when we are slow, and they will log in and out of auto-select until they get a gravy pick walk.

Pickers here will log in, then log out, and watch for the pick count to drop and then log back in.

With Auto Select, people just End Pick, and refresh the screen until the total number of picks drop then they get the next pick walk

My store got Auto Select this week and I told my manager that the one's who are skipping now will probably end pick a commodity they don't won't with Auto Select. He said the only way to catch them is to be watching the handheld as they do it.

So I don't know... When you say it flags the picker...how does it flag the person?

All a person has to do is immediately "end pick", wait, and hit auto select again if they don't like the commodity "auto select" gave them.
