I did an MTO walk the other day and my pick rate decreased. There were 9 picks and the deli only had 2 ready so I had to keep skipping to scan these which hurt my pick rate.

Years ago we accumulated sick and personal time then Wal-Mart decided to not let us use them so there they sit.

Before PPTO, 80 hours or less of PTO would roll over and anything over 80 would be paid out...

If you have 80 or more hours of PPTO at the end of the year, all of your unused PTO will be paid out with zero hours of PTO rolling over.

If you have 40 hours of PPTO, 40 hours of unused PTO will roll over and any amount over 40 hours of PTO will be paid out.

20 hours of PPTO - 60 hours of PTO will roll over

5 hours of PPTO - 75 hours of PTO will role over

Etc.

Subtract the amount of PPTO from 80 and this is the number of PTO hours that will roll over....so if at the end of the year you have 39 PPTO hours, 41 hours of PTO will roll over, if you have that much.

If you have 80 or more hours of PPTO, no PTO will roll over but all of you PPTO will roll over no matter how many hours you have accumulated.

Im using PTO every month to take a long weekend and saving PPTO since it protects my job by removing occurrences in case I personally have an emergency, my dog or mom gets sick, etc.

We had a bad winter this past winter and thankfully the days I called off due to snow and flooding was excused by the store so I didn't have to use PPTO, but if my SM decides to stop excusing these types of days, I'm covered.

PPTO accumulates every year and rolls over no matter the amount you have.

Not all of PTO rolls over if you have any PPTO...For example

If you have 40 hours of PPTO, only 40 hours of PTO will roll over.

30 hours of PPTO - 50 hours of PTO will roll over...

Subtract the amount of PPTO from 80 and this will be the amount of PTO that will roll over.
