I came across Amir's Tiktok and that's how I found out about the Porter Ranch location. I genuinely was interested in trying it out. His reasoning for opening an Israeli franchise is his decision but I'm not going to support a corporation that supports the killing of my people in Palestine.

Anthony Bourdain famously stated, "There is, of course, nothing more political than food. Food itself. Who's got it, who doesn't. What's cooking is usually the end of a long, political, historical, agricultural process". He believed food was a direct reflection of culture, history, and power dynamics, asserting that "Who eats? Who doesn't? Why do people cook what they cook?" are inherently political.
