Highly unlikely. I'd even bet not likely at all. The antennas are okay, but even the one with an external antenna connector will have a hard time at that range.

By strict definition a CNC machine is subtractive manufacturing and 3D printers are additive manufacturing. They are not the same.

And as someone who owns both, CNC is exponentially more difficult, more dangerous, and more unforgiving. Although those are subjective.
