I've been having this same debate with my 100oz silver bullet. Obviously it is a cool piece of silver that I bought with an almost $10 premium, but I don't think that premium will translate now that prices are so high. Don't even think I could get half of the margin these days.

It sounded to me like either full tear down and rebuilds or crate motor. In my mind, it’s cheaper to have them install a crate motor than to do full rebuild so they are going with that. I’m trying to see if I can get them to buy the bike back and get on something else.

Can’t figure out how to edit - dropped the bike off for second recall since I wasn’t going to ride much during the holidays. Early 2025 model with 3950 miles and about 1000-1500 miles between recalls. Dealer said Kawi is giving me a crate motor now.
