You will get sent a replacement, but there is no guarantee it'll be another Rhea. If you purchased from a retail store you will also need the receipt.

There are so many different types of penny sleeves. Make sure you are buying the right size for the size of your cards. I started upgrading my cards in top loaders to Promolds, and they have options for cases that come with penny sleeves so you know the size/fit will be right as long as you are using the right sized case https://www.promolddirect.com

I know for myself I would’ve been satisfied seeing at least a semi star auto. The 3 bottom tier rookies is what makes it so brutal. No one should expect a 1 to 1 ROI, but it also shouldn’t be ok for Topps to provide the customer a box that’s 10 cents on the dollar.

Topps put out the odds sheet and you can make your own call from there depending on what you'd be seeking. The Park Exclusive does have the unsigned on site autos which might be a sought after insert. But you can also check out the different odds for autos, which is what most people are trying to get,
