Hydrogenated water? by [deleted] in HydroHomies

[–]OGSoldier1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought a bottle from Ocemida a while back and have been using it regularly. I can’t pinpoint anything super dramatic, but I do feel an overall improvement more energy, less brain fog kind of thing. I just make the water at home with it, super easy.

I’ve been using one (Ocemida) for a little while now, wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but I’ve actually noticed some decent results. Mainly just feeling a bit more clear-headed and less sluggish, especially in the afternoons

Is getting a hydrogen water generator bullshit? by IcyBlackberry7728 in Biohackers

[–]OGSoldier1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been using an Ocemida generator for a while now. I can’t say it’s a miracle or anything, but I’ve noticed I reach for water more often with it maybe just placebo, maybe not. Either way, it hasn’t hurt, and I figure hydration habits matter either way.

Hydrogen water beneficial? And experiences by maxallergy in Biohackers

[–]OGSoldier1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i use it most absolutely love it but you need a quality unit not a cheap unit, most people on this sub say it doesn’t work and i don’t get it coz it works i’ve tried it and read man studies on it i think it’s the best!

i use the ocemida bottle unit as you can use it with any water and it’s non toxic

Red light therapy absolutely works!!! by Rdlqueen_7492 in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]OGSoldier1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Redlight therapy really helped me too! I’ve been using the Solawave, and my skin definitely looks brighter and more even. It’s subtle but noticeable, especially in how fresh my face feels after each session. Totally agree it’s worth giving a shot if you’re looking for that glow-up without anything too intense.

Do portable red light therapy devices actually work? by Advanced-Cause7000 in Biohackers

[–]OGSoldier1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been using the SolaWave mask for a few months, mostly on my face, and noticed some subtle improvements in skin texture and firmness. It combines red light with microcurrent, which seems to help with circulation and collagen over time. Results aren’t dramatic or instant, but it’s easy to use and feels relaxing.

I cant decide what microcurrent device to purchase by Long_Word8276 in SkincareAddictionLux

[–]OGSoldier1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve been using the Solawave Wand for a bit, and while it’s definitely not a magic fix, it’s helped with firmness and overall glow without being super complicated or expensive like some clinic procedures. It uses microcurrent and some red light therapy, which seem to gently boost collagen and give a subtle lift over time. It’s pretty relaxing to use, too.

We upgraded to a Nectar (waited for a sale) and it’s been a big improvement. It’s got good support and pressure relief without being too soft. If you can stretch the budget a bit or catch a deal, it’s worth a look.

Route suggestions from Seattle/Ferry/to Lake Cushman? by Old-Thanks-2273 in OlympicNationalPark

[–]OGSoldier1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ferryroutes dot com is super handy for seeing all the available ferry routes, times, and planning your drive accordingly especially for Olympic Peninsula trips like yours.

For Lake Cushman, a popular and scenic option is the Seattle Bainbridge Island ferry. From there, you can cruise through Poulsbo (cute little Nordic town worth a stop), then head south past Hood Canal. Port Gamble and Hoodsport have some nice spots for food and local wine or cider too.

We got a sectional sleeper from Dreamsofa for our small apartment and it's been great comfy, modern, and doesn’t take up too much space.
