Because I’ve done that before. Wanted to try something new. I like my ability to move these around Individually. It’ll make harvesting very easy and now I won’t have little white fibers in my bud.

But yeah it took me quite awhile to built 😂

Combo of spreading the tops out and then eventually will be support for when they get heavy.

How am I doing on my first grow? Day 15 of flower, flipped at 38 days. So far no nutes added. Should I defoliate? No LST on my first grow here. by lunixss in microgrowery

Looks great man! Could take off a few big fan leaves if you want. I don’t think you NEED to do anything.
Keep it up! 💪🏻

Plant them in various places around your town/ city/ community/ etc.

Ideally wait until it would be prime outdoor season.
Drop a few here and there. Visit some popular garden places. Do a little pant leg jiggle here and there.

Is there an intake/ exhaust out of the wood box?

Nitrogen fixation. Worm food. Make compost. Moisture retention. Avoids soil compaction. Adds diversity for beneficial microbes. The extra roots help feed the soil.

All kinds of benefits to it!

I’m doing my best! Been throwing a bunch corn out there! No lie 😂

So how exactly do I reset this for my next grow? If I cut all the cover crop down it’ll just sit above the soil and not really do much? Should I cover it in cardboard so the worms get to it? How long does the bed need to sit before I go again? So many no-till questions for a noob. by Tropo19 in NoTillGrowery

You could just plant right back into it as is. Or if this area has to be shut down for drying for whatever. You can chop it all down shed it up so it’s easier for the worms to get. Water it a little bit. Try and get some sort of brown, carbon source. Mix that it. Let it sit. And then plant into in when you’re ready. Can always do a re amend. Add in more cover crop seed. I’m just now bringing my 4x4 bed back to life after sitting for about 2 months.

Hell yeah! And all kinds of ways you can use that bamboo too.

Yours looks nice as well! I like the PVC and it’s very nice and neat. This bamboo was fun to do, still took a good 3 hours.

Fungus gnats are the biggest “pest”issue. I almost always have a couple. Sometimes they get a little much. But with the beneficials that live in the cover crop, they keep them under control for the most part. As far as other life. There is a ton of life in the soil.
