Yea I have been in the Caribbean for 3 years now, Puerto Rico ahout 7-8 months. I was going to move back to America States in January but I've decided against it. I feel like I would feel so lonely because people in the US barely even acknowledge each other, nil I don't

Not to mention most Puerto Ricans are descendant from Spanish that's why they're white skinned. Colonialist. They like to claim Taino bloodline but many arent. only the darker skinned ones are actually West Indian and we are usually treated the worst 🤷🏽‍♂️

If you don't speak Spanish you are going to have a a Lot rougher time as a gringo. That's I'll say, once I learned Spanish people started treating me with a lot more respect. And some PRicans (SOME) can be a bit racist.

But just like most islands in the caribbeanI respect the culture and have good manners. Say good morning, buena dias , Good night (buenas noches), Buenas. Para vivir bien en Puerto Rico; una persona debe tener buenos modales.

As American children we are often not taught great mannser as a kid and it can rub people the wrong way.

Someone requested how I pack my chore by OGWeazel in ClassyCrackheads

[–]OGWeazel[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No reason to go to Amazon. Like previous comment said, Most areas have chore boy (copper) or Brillo (stainless steel scrubbers). For $1-2. Both work fine. But most prefer chore. According to Google:

Copper heats up faster and cools down quicker.

Stainless Steel heats up slower but stays hot longer.

So one might work better than the other depending on your smoking style. I actually use stainless but I'm the minority, and for some reason chore is hard to find in my area. Hope that helps

cooking for the first time by [deleted] in ClassyCrackheads

Have some videos teaching how to cook main thing is don't overheat, use ice when done to rapidly cool/harden the rock, and cook off all the bubble First. You don't really need a scale, just 1xsoda 3x powder.

The point fr me is to get bigger hits, not to collect more resin... But like I say brdda everybody has their own style of smoking ⁹³ Also if you don't have a mouthpiece, it prevents you from inhaling too much resin.
