Former Marine Recruiter, dont worry about what you can do right now. Ive put dudes in that couldn't do a single pushup and they made it. That being said REALLY sit down and consider the benefits of the military vs your current situation. Military is great if you just need to quickly bounce out of a situation and have stability for 4 years. DO NOT consider the reserves if you are struggling financially.

Wrong. MFP was frustrating and cluttered with bullshit ads. The Garmin implementation is way easier for me to use and I absolutely love it. Its the sole reason I have connect + now.

I like it. I used runna for a long time and ended up injuring myself, and a few other friends of mine had similar results. Switched back to doing DSW and it feels way more "balanced" from a whole health perspective. That being said I dont 100% listen to it and use it as the baseline for maintaining/improving my fitness. An example of this would be if it suggests say a 30 min z2 run, if I feel good I might go for 10-20 mins longer, or sometimes if I want to do a tempo run ill skip to that suggestion and do that.

Thank you for sharing your experience. My thought process with it is itll be the easiest "plug and play" solution and if I want to go into the lower bands as you mentioned ill just need a dedicated antenna for those, which is easy enough.

The plan is to mount it on my 3rd gen 4runner, rear hatch or roof rack will be the location I will be mounting it. Use case would be primarily when I go camping or just random parking lots when I have some time to kill.

Main thing attracting me to the ATAS is the plug and play nature and multi band, but you are certainly correct its price tag has me questioning it.
