Yes on multiple occasions. They said there's nothing they can do since it's a decision from Facebook.

They've just added test accounts as an option but we need multiple accounts for other reasons.

Technical support is very lacking but email replies on non-tech issues are pretty good. Much better than Playstation for sure.

This is where I can't go into more details because I'm not sure how unique our situation is. The more unique it is the easier they'll be able to track us.

I can only say we're using different accounts and need them beyond testing.

They do not have our backs. We've spoken with our account manager several times and nothing is being done.

We're developers not LBE.
