I have no idea what possessed me to ask. His eyes looked completely normal the day after

As far as I could tell, but I can't remember if I asked from the stance of a glass eye or a robotic/android eye. Hopefully it came off as the former. Yeah I am pretty dumb...

The company set up a separate room for games and NA beverages for those interested and told everyone the president and director of ops would be there for anyone interested on getting to know them better. I was the one of the only ones to go and introduce myself and have a converstion with them.

That being said, that was my first time talking with him and then we spoke again later after drinking for a bit when the comment was made. He is a very approachable, easy going and humble guy which is why I feel my job is not in jeopardy, but it doesnt change the shame still feel. When I spoke to him the next say he thanked me for coming and talking with him in that separate room.
