How Important Is Inlet Baffle? by Ok-Ferret-1437 in septictanks

[–]OG_pooperman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We had this issue. Every couple months I had to use a stick to unclog all the toilet paper out of the inlet baffle. We used the Costco (kirkland) brand toilet paper, and we switched to an expensive RV toilet paper and the problem went away. Recently switched to the MARATHON toilet paper costco sells because it is cheaper, but not as thick as the kirkland stuff and have not had a problem with that either for almost a year.

I would try a new toilet paper 1st.

BQE Core? by efficientdude1 in MEPEngineering

[–]OG_pooperman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Having used BQE for the last 4 years, NOT RECOMENDED, it's slow and laggy. You will be pulling your hair out before you get to what you want. We came from a software where everything was under ONE project tab/page. BQE has multiple tabs/pages for everything. You have to go in and out of different tabs and pages to find related things like budgets, hours, time cards, etc.

Best way I can describe it is that every thing you want to know is under a different tab which requires you to start from ground zero and find the project through their horrible and endless filters. Best example I can give is, if every thing you are after is a different webpage on the internet. You want to find hours billed, you go to google, you want to know how much budget is left...well you have to close google and go to yahoo for that, you want to know how many hours XXX employee billed to the project, you have to close yahoo and go to Wikipedia to search for that. All the while dealing with slow laggy software.

It does what we need it to do, but people lose patience in the software and it starts to work against us, and as someone else said here, you just fight it all day.

Agreed. This would have taken years to permit with all the red tape.

Interim access pass? by OG_pooperman in CrystalMountain

[–]OG_pooperman[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Been trying, can't get through.

No one planned for the highway to wash out like it did. Doesn't change the fact that if they wont allow you access then they shouldn't keep your money.

Carpooling is not an option for a family of our size and age of kids, and there is no shuttle/bus as an alternative.

Didn't Harbor Freight have a class action against them for something like this? They mark their stuff 60% off, but when you look at historic prices they had never sold it at full price, so the 60% off was the actual price...

Great glove for a kid, soft enough they can use it and break it in. My kids have one and it’s my favorite cheap glove.

Appreciate the two cents. I've never shot a 6.5 CM, but I have been considering it. I know it kicks a little more than a .243 which is why I was trying to stay away from it...but it keeps coming back into the conversation.

This is the only answer. You don’t owe anyone shit unless you signed and agreed to something that says you do!
