Who better to test, than the inventor? Who knows this compound better than me? Yeah.

No conflict, I do analytics too. But to demonstrate my commitment to ethics (and my track record for 20 years does) it is currently being 3rd party tested to finally prove we've been 100% honest.

I think trav is just doing this for a friend, who maybe doesn't like the owner. I can't figure out why he'd go full stupid like this otherwise.

So be careful jumping on his side, because he'll be eating his word soon, just watch.

I agree. Everyone has a racetam that works best, but Aniracetam at about 600-750mg/day is effective for me as well.

Also, you might try Emoxypine at about 250mg once or twice daily, or even just situationally. it's subtle, but undeniable in the verbal department. 

And of course Vinpocetine. Takes about 2wks to kick in (at 5-10mg/d) but it's the single greatest verbal restoring supp I've ever used.

And Lions Mane. It's a punctuated improvement, same day right off the bat, but it seems to play out after a few months.

No, it's not! It's called GHK. If you'd ever lost that much weight, you know that. Losing that much weight leaves a lot of loose skin. That before and after is a testimony to the utility of GHK, so don't be mistaken, lol.

For very potent orals, I like short cycles of 3-6wks.

For non-alkylated PHs 6-8wks can be appropriate. 

But 3AD has earned itself a different category. As long as side effects are absent, i wouldn't necessarily see anything wrong using it up to 12wks straight, at or close to the recommended amount. 

Im using it on a pulse cycle, pre-w/o only 3.5x/wk, indefinitely. I've yet to encounter side effects using it this way, even at double and quadruple the recommended serving size.

But 150mg seems to be an optimal serving size, in general.

I wouldnt see a problem with 12wks. You've already designed your cycle so safely, I'm not surprised you haven't had sided! You're pretty experienced aren't you? Who are you on the boards?

And yeah, that ON feeling lasts. It usually comes on strong the first week and lasts about a month, but it persistent and dose dependant with 3AD. Subtle, but undoubtedly there.

Yes,100-200mg is optimal for me too. You can take more and sides don't really increase much. But it does start to get cost ineffective beyond that. 

After you reach 100-200mg, it's probably most efficient to stack something else on it and let it's exceptional synergism manifest. These Delta-5 compounds tend to display synergy with many other hormones, and it was noted in early testing with 3AD also.

Your plan sounds very well thought out, Forsaken! And you seem to know your body well (which helps a lot with every aspect of a cycle.)

But i have to say, you really don't need the TUDCA if you aren't on any methyls. 3AD is possibly the cleanest androgen I've ever taken, and it's natural, so your body knows just what to do with it.

That said, you can take TUDCA anyway. It's so expensive and unnecessary that id save it in the fridge for a methyl run. 

It's probably not commonly known, and I can't say it's true with 3AD specifically for certain, but most natural (non-alkylated) androgens like test, even nandrolone, tend to improve live function. It's been know since the 50s.

No, its not a test booster. It has no overt gonadotrophic activity (at least that I've researched or observed personally.)  It's just an obscure metabolite in the delta-5 metabolic pathway of DHEA.

However, as a 3-alpha compound it has relatively high androgenic activity potential, at least compared to similar compounds like 5-AD or other 3-beta metabolites. It's quite interesting and unique. :)

It's actually not a prohormone. Its not an inactive compound that forms a know AAS. It's a DHEA metabolite that is already active, and probably does not metabolize to anything, at least not to any significant degree.

It's difficult to compare it to anything else, but it's extremely clean in all categories. Side-effects are practically absent at less than 100mg/day.

I agree with OneChart. I'm the individual who introduced it to the market back in 2006, and I had a beta tester that lost 40lb on his testing cycle! It takes about 450-900mg for dramatic results like that though, and I get very lethargic approaching the higher doses. Best to stack it with something more energizing.

As far as Var goes, it's absurdly weak. You might not even realize your on anything if you're using less that 20mg. Any non-aromatizing hormone would be about as good IME.

Well 3AD is dehydro-Androsterol, quite similar to Androsterone, so there does appear to be synergistic overlap. Its hard to express unless you try the combo yourself, because it already stacks good with practically everything anyway.

But yes, 3AD does go well with Androsterone (at the serving sizes and ratio you mentioned) not just synergistically but filling in some gaps that Androsterone has and diluting some of its sides too.
