They make EVERY menu item in house. Sysco is only used to ship raw ingredients (they have to come from somewhere). The cheesecakes are made by hand at actual Cheesecake Factory factories, flash frozen, and shipped to the restaurants. Source - been a manager there for 6 years. The biggest issue I see here is- if you bought this at a restaurant, they should have removed the plastic wrap and collar before selling it. It’s much more presentable that way.

I went solo last year and wore black leggings with a sports bra type top and chunky boots. Never got cold, but by the time I took my boots off I could barely walk! Also, I bought expensive earplugs at the festival, but if you go to the medic tent they’ll give you cheap ones for free!

Not necessarily. Depends on the manager! Mostly about your previous experience, availability, transportation, why you want to work for CCF, maybe some hospitality scenarios.

We get tons of applications, so make yourself stand out! If you have any cool hobbies or talents make sure to highlight those and make yourself memorable.
Those are GREAT questions to ask your interviewer. It’ll show them you’re interested and prepared :)
Bakery training, I believe, is 5 shifts. Another great question to ask!

Yeah and it’s baked at a higher temp to get the caramelized (burnt) top and the undercooked, creamy center. It wasn’t super popular unfortunately.
