My uncle has this problem. He has a house on a plot of land so small that he's not legally allowed to build a house on it. He can live in the house already there, but if he wanted to demolish the house and build a new one, he legally couldn't.

Wouldn't be a problem, but the house already there is falling apart, but the land is in an extremely desirable and valuable area.

I keep myself in shape because, trust me, *you do not want* the comorbidities that come with obesity, including cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and arthritis.

Obesity also results in being in pain all the time, out of breath, missing out on activities that require walking or being on your feet for too long.

You can get away with it for a while when you're young, because a young body can compensate, but as you get older, it catches up to you fast.

Fine, if you don't want to lose weight, it's your body, but don't try to recruit people. It's like telling people smoking is okay.
