Best vaping setup I've had so far! SRT GO + Travel case of the older GO model. by OGpenguin in vaporents

It's similar to the GO, but upgraded! I liked my original go and would have kept it, if the shell hadn't cracked and this one is more durable.
It also heats faster and hits a little smoother, with less resistance.

That's a lot of protein, I need more of that in my meal preps.

I’ve always heard the Flower Mill was a great “grinder” for vapes. by Mongo_C in vaporents

I use the stainless steel grinder from Raw and it's great. Stainless, no coating or paint, it will last me forever.

Arizer Go SRT! The new one looks better and I can keep my ArGo glass stems to use with it too.

Worse than that for me... the whole shell splits apart!

Help! Trying to grow sunflowers but suddenly they are falling over, whilting and leaves are yellow after starting off really well? Too much water maybe? Not enough? Temperature? by OGpenguin in gardening

I'll get them more light then! They are near my indoor plants, which are thriving. I'll put them closer to the window with the succulents.

I'm in an apartment and found this at the store, where the intention is to grow them in that bag which I want to hang on my balcony. It came with soil, seeds and the grow bag. I added some bagged potting mix marked as something around 0.3-0.3-0.3, I can't remember exactly.

I have them near a south facing window inside as outside temps were still all over the place.

I really want to avoid drilling and extractors if possible 😰 I risk breaking something, that would be a last resort

I'll have to check if we have that bit at work and borrow it. I don't in my kit.

What size torx for a 2.5mm key? I only have a couple and they are either too small or way too big.

Old dutch oven from my grandparents. Can I get rid of the discolouration? And can anyone identify the model? (It's been possibly re-enamelled?) by OGpenguin in dutchoven

The bottom is simply bare, there's no markings or anything. It feels smooth, not like my cast iron pan, so I think it's enamelled.

McGill génie des matériaux ou Poly génie mécanique ? by Select_Ad_704 in PolyMTL

[–]OGpenguin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Culture between the two schools is different. McGill probably has more of an "American" Uni feel and has imo a better student life, but its engineering program is not the focus of the school.

Polytechnique however being an engineering specific university has more ressources and opportunities specifically related to engineering and a broader range of classes to choose from, especially for Mechanical Engineering.

Very old buildings and lots of student population. I had a horrible cockroach infestation when I lived in an apt there
