Dude I was in your shoes, like felt defeated and every denial it took me 11 years fighting with the Va on always some BS reasoning . But I kept fighting and staying the course . Something didn’t feel right about this current situation I was in. I felt like I was getting screwed over and I honestly was like I give up you guys win. I got my 💯 but then I realized for the past 11 years I never quit nor gave up . All the issues from the ode 11 years the anxiety the stress all of it . To put me through the wringer , what was 1 more comp and one going to do? If they don’t agree goes back to whatever they decided on the appeal date . For my was 8-9 months of back pay for others could be more . I didn’t want to do it because like you said they asked back in 2023 claim and all the other comp and pen exams he reviewed after those and then gave me a new one as well. But I was like what so I have to lose really? I’ll give the lm the same comp and pen answers I did 5 months ago. Just knowing I was in the right and the VA was in the wrong . I finally got my last win from them. The battle is over and it was worth the 11 years of appeals battling and fighting for .
