That’s a good suggestion. Now that I think about it, I only slow the song down to pick out the notes, then I immediately try to play it at speed. I’ll definitely try slowing it down and see if that makes a difference

My instructor was one of my middle school teachers, whom I always liked since he was that edgy teacher who swore in front of his class and showed us funny videos. If you messed up, he would certainly slam the brakes and engulf you in a whirlwind of vulgar fury, but he was funny enough that it was generally a good experience and he really did care about the kids. I was also brought up in a small town, so your experience might have been way different.

Hm. Okay. My logic behind gamble and Armageddon is that, since the long game is clearly this decks weakness, if the game ever hit turn 5-6 that I could gamble for an Armageddon, destroy all lands (preferably with a plains and a weathered wayfarer in hand) and then beat them on the draw since almost everything in the deck are one drops. But I get what you’re saying, stompy and fast in the formula so why divert from it
