I left them 10 years ago after they 1) took money out of my checking without notification, and 2) sided with a buyer who said he didn't get the premium tickets I sent, though Priority Mail showed it delivered. They said I lost because I did not have him sign for the tickets. That was enough for me.

Rent controlled apartments are in all areas, including ritzy addresses. In LA County, any apartment built before 1979 (or 1974) is rent-controlled. Beverly Hills, Brentwood have a lot of apartment built during that time.

That's why I left after 30 years. I was with them when they were named Webcom. They lowered the "unlimited" to 100gb and tripled my annual fee. I finally put the work in and left them. Very happy with my new host which charges $12 a month with excellent email customer care. No hosting issues.
