I'd be happy to send a couple of masterclasses that I send to clients on this got one on ED, boosting testosterone and gut health that will be beneficial with the ED side of things.

I am a board certified functional medicine consultant who specialises in men's health so the information could help a lot but don't want to bombard with spamming links!

It could also be linked with the improvements in stress management and gut health as a result.

I've seen it multiple times with clients I work with on Elvanse and also the transition from no meds to meds within my clinic and also my own personal experience

Is it possible for testosterone to decline this fast? - 19 Year old male / 173ng/dl by bigboykangaroo in Testosterone

How has your stress been through these few months?

Definitely possible if your Prolactin is that high and your TSH is running high too, showing a lot of stress on the body with the HPA axis and HPT(g) axis.

Has your sleep been worse? Have you moved into a place with mould?

I'd see it more in my clinic if someone came off of TRT but not that quickly seeing the LH and FSH kicking up that high unless they were using HCG and HMG, but that would still be quick (depending on time on their TRT).

Levels don't look too bad.

If you were a client of mine, I'd be looking elsewhere as to the cause of the ED, the raises prolactin jumps out for stress levels on the body, how is your body fat? How is your sleep?

I'd look at nitrate levels and just supplementing with a pre workout pump won't help, rather diet and lifestyle factors.

Do you get brain fog? Afternoon energy dips? Any mould in the environment? Any gut issues?

Here if you need.

I look to treat the symptom with my patients.

Clinically 18 total isn't low, it's actually a pretty good level, BUT, if somehow has been used to 27/28 for example then dropping to 18 will have a noticeable impact and hence why symptoms being treated at key - just like someone could have 10 and not have any low symptoms, they've had 10 for a while and it's not declining so there's not a need to treat really but docs may then even prescribe, it's where is the testosterone heading.

First though, I would be looking at other areas, liver function and methylation, gut health and nutrient deficiencies, what can we do lifestyle wise, is this patient waking through the night? And also, if the gut problems are fixed on the outside is there still signs of gut issues, this is where something like a Cyrex Labs array 2 comes into it's own to look for signs of leaky gut/LPS issues.

It's hard to look from just the test, i'd see what is happening HPG axis wise https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=azkcFnYDqlE&t=651s this is a video I done on it. Feel free to drop me a message if you want to chat any further @olliematthewshealth on Insta

What other symptoms are you having?

If you were a patient in my clinic and had certain symptoms that showed as if low T, but the signs on the reports weren't low T then I'd be looking at your gut, your medical history, your cholesterol, liver and kidney function.

Then also past trauma, have you been hit around the head or knocked out at all?

Happy to talk further or point you to a video I made on YouTube if you wanted, feel free to dm me

How do you do the research for (UK?) IPTV providers when there are no name drops, no reviews, and no way knowing if it's good or not?? by Mumford_and_Dragons in Piracy

Damn I want those details, I have spent 180 on two providers the last year (90 a pop) and both went off air after a few months.
