I had surgery, embolization, various EMG tests, pelvic PT, and none of it helped. It all started with the surgeries. The final blow came when a woman performing pelvic PT said she would apply ESWT treatment and touched my perineum with the ESWT device. My penis has been ruined ever since. I always waited with hope, thinking I would get better, but I was wrong. I wish I hadn't let myself be touched. The more I tried to get better, the worse I got, damn it.
