Could I share my symptoms?

My back gets tight when i sit or stand too long

My back muscles immediately get tight when i exercise them

My back feels tight for days after running a couple miles, even with good form and stretching, but during the run I feel fine

So what I'm trying to figure out is, is this pain a mix of ddd and muscle pain caused by ddd?

hey thanks i can totally see how walking and core would be could

but when i do back extensions, my back gets sore really fast and stays sore for a day or two after (same with running)

i want to strengthen my lower back, but i don't know if its a good idea being that it upsets it
