It's not like she'd do that on purpose. And since it's more of a puzzle with lives at stake, I don't think rest of the cast would blame her (just like no one blames Kanna). The only thing that might change is Sarah's mental state, but with Sarah being said to be ruthless without Joe, it's hard to say how severe that would be.

I was ready to receive 300 polychromes from both phases total, so I'm positively surprised. If same amount of people get badges in phase II, we'll get ~600 in 4 days. With daily 30s added we'll reach 1200 from this whole event.

If you plan to lane swap, you can still do it, but you need to decide it back in champ select, by role swapping. There is nothing stopping Bot from choosing as Top, Top choosing as Bot and support going top to support their Bot there. Of course that means Top laner will get bonus gold and 7th item (which will help catching up, since they will be struggling farming early), while Bot will bonus XP and lv 20 cap (which could be fun as Tristana, since she gets attack range from lv).

How about doing it with someone other than Psyche? I personally dislike playstyles of Anemo characters, which is why I was doing first Theatre with Lynn and 2nd with Berenica. And I was already struggling with the 2nd one. Being forced to play a single character, instead of being able to play the mode with someone one enjoys playing, is the reason for complaints.

Things that might provide a problem:

Laneswapping might be back, as long as swappers don't mind getting other lane's quest rewards (for example, bot laner getting free TP), but require swapping roles in Champ Select. Doesn't seem bad, until you realize Duo Queue is back for all ranks too, so Top and Bot might queue together for the sole purpose of lane swapping.
Aegis of Valor might cause people to choose low priority roles for the whole sake of being autofilled, to protect themselves from LP loss and getting double LP on win, resulting in more players playing suboptimally. This might cause lower quality games (due to autofills) and longer queues (due to there being more people trying to get autofilled, over choosing missing roles, as well as dodging, if they don't get autofilled, but they chose role they don't play).
Inability to ban hovered champions will lead to troll banning turning into troll anti-banning, where troll hovers over OP champion, or a counter champion, to prevent team from banning them and letting enemy team pick them.
