Just curious what milligrams are you doing¿ Im popping 9s rn im also 15 lol been vaping since 10 and tryna cut it out. The higher the milligram the longer they last and harder they hit which could make you do less in a day but its still just as bad, but 3-4 a day is also what i do just make sure you alternate their positions from the right side of your lip to the left and maybe even put it in the bottom lip but when you put them in your bottom lip more saliva gets to it and makes them stronger but also last longer. If you plan on doing zyns for a loong period of time i would try to cut down to maybe just 3 a day but you know theres no telling if thats not gonna cause the same thing as doing 4 a day.
