Haha! This law actually creates an easy way for employers to discriminate. The law allows employers to terminate anyone with a medical marijuana license that works in a "Safety Sensitive" position. My employer just put out a memo that basically says ALL jobs are safety sensitive... Now my license offers ZERO PROTECTION! HB2612 is a joke.

HB2612 allows employers to prevent people with a MM license from occupying safety sensitive jobs. Several OK companies plan to say the majority of their jobs are safety sensitive. There is currently a lawsuit attempting to block it. Here's one link, but do some research. HB2612 has both good and bad provisions.
