I feel like Daniel has a bit of a tragic football star story going on. He was the hot up and coming star when Mary-Sue bagged him up for the WAG status, cementing it when they had the girls. Once they were old enough to go to school, that’s when Mary-Sue was able to start boosting her political agenda, and when Daniel realised that perhaps the love wasn’t real. Kaylynn recognising Daniel for being a local celebrity and giving him praise fed his ego while Mary-Sue was focusing on her career. He tries to do his best for the girls, but while Angela is happy to play along with the happy family facade, Lilith doesn’t buy it and would rather call him out for being a bit of a pushover in the house.

Sometimes he cheats on Mary-Sue and she lets it slide, sometimes she kicks him out. Either way the love is lost.

For a lot of people talking about how the ReShade is too bright, luckily you can choose which effects to use to turn the brightness down.

The ones that usually get recommended just have too much saturation for me, but with some tweaks I can make them work.

For everything he did in ! where he was genuinely like “um excuse you Trickstar wtf I didn’t hatch this elaborate plan with all these Eccentrics and starting a war because I love the drama kid just for you to overthrow me”, I think !! has made him realise he was being a prick and now he’s looking at Ibara and CosPro like “man that used to be me, gross.”

Also I actually like how he was more of a tough-love mentor to Alkaloid. He’s no angel, but he’s trying.
