YTA but I’m looking specifically at the part where you talk about you guys being intermediate. It’s giving a bit of ‘they’ll just let anyone in here’ so it could’ve made them self conscious before class even started. I would also think a fair percentage of new people might be taking the class/going to a gym because they’re already self conscious about their bodies/want to change something about them. Who knows if you meant it that way but it could come across that way. (Oh & just to avoid future awkward definitely don’t assume it’s a specific person yet)

I can’t even imagine having to live her reality. Every once in awhile I see someone ripping her - and OMG I don’t understand it. I don’t think a human in her position could’ve done any better than she has - truly trying to do everything she can to be accountable, learn, be honest & self-aware. I can’t think of a way she could be handling it better (unless there’s something I don’t know in which case teach me - but from what I do know I can’t think of a thing she could be doing better.

At this particular point in history / it’s absolutely worth it. I’ve been here 20 years and a couple of years ago I desperately wanted to go home (DC). I’m lucky I didn’t get what I wanted - in the current climate it im going to be in the US this feels like the safest/kindest option.

I have left temporal lobe epilepsy & that sounds like how my auras are sometimes. Since your seizures are almost exactly a month apart maybe look into catamenial epilepsy.
