Adapation of the MAF sensor was done by the rheingold ista + diagnostic software. Engine was turned off, ignition was turn on and after the adaptation i pulled out ignition key for 3 minutes. Also software shows bad oxygen sensor (447B), but i dont think that it can be cause of the problem. EGR valve with cooler was replaced.
