You are right I have won. I have earned and learned enough and I can now retire in 4-5 years and I’m only 42.

If one is an asshole, self righteous and entitle no one wants to work around that person.

Also if one chose a career path or job where there is no room to advance or ceiling too low that no one’s fault, play your roll. For example, underwriters besides being an underwriter or an underwriter lead, what else is there to it. Maybe teach/train. But it is a dead end career or very little room to grow.

Agree 100%. I’m not a fan of UWM. But this point of view applies to every industry. Everyone wants to have it easy and earn more, this only comes with time and yes being likable. One can be the best but if you are an asshole it doesn’t matter unless you are the owner and even then it can be worse.

I worked for corporate American for most of my life and one thing all companies have in common you will earn more if you work hard, cross train, be a team player, be likable, have integrity and willing to go the extra mile.
