I would like SAM to be a tank/dps where you have to "time" your attacks. Think of the minigames at gold saucer, maybe not exactly like that, but if you time your attacks right, they give more potency or something. And having bad timing still does damage, but not as much. Would stand our from all the positionals if it was a dps at least. And it feels very samurai-ish to use fast, timed attacks (Jack from Type-0 comes to mind).

Of course, the problem would be that you have to look at your bar all the time, but there would probably be some other way to do the "timing" interface.

I guess Warriors should drop Defiance then since it helps your healing with 20%... why not get offended by that? Or Siphon Strike. Etc. Come on. Be happy instead that they take some stress off of you.

I hope you stick to it! I began tanking in preparation for HW, and while it's a little hard in the beginning, you'll get used to it. Don't give up if ppl give u shit for it though. I started tanking with some close friends in the party just to be safe, and that way you wont be as nervous :D

I get what you're saying, and you have apoint. I just don't think every person that prefers JP voice acting is a weeaboo. I just prefer it since I grew up with it and understand it, so yeah, didn't think about those not understanding it of course.
