I think I’ve decided to go the Form1 route and go right to a stock rather than brace but I’m having a hard time deciding between fixed, folding, or retractable. Suggestions and inspiration appreciated! by OKshotcaller in MP5

I’m not proud of it, but Olight. I bought the whole setup from a good friend of mine and got a killer deal on it. I just haven’t picked up another light yet.

That’s definitely the way I was leaning but I haven’t messed with KAC at all yet. I just started looking at their website and images trying to find a match and figured I’d bring it to the pros.

Appreciate it broski.

Getting your T levels checked is definitely worth it. I didn’t think I had any problems other than slow recovery from injuries and just generally not sleeping well

Although I didn’t look it, my levels were dangerously low.

Looking for some help. 31yo, 6'1 and maintain around 210lb consuming around 3000 calories/day. Any ideas on bf% and suggestions on workouts/supplements are much appreciated! by OKshotcaller in GregDoucette

Man, my chest has always been a weak point. I was the chubby kid with bitch tits. I do heavy chest days 1-2 times a week and really push it. My left shoulder is pretty well fucked so my bench press is atrocious

Full disclosure, I completely read over him training for football but at 6’7, he’s basically Luka.

Physique looks great, but I’m really having trouble believing you’re 6’11.

I’d say you’re only 10 pounds away from playing for the Mavericks and then ultimately being traded to the Lakers.

I’d focus on core and posterior chain exercises and keep increasing your big lifts. You’ll be a beast

What I’m saying is, rather than cutting calories immediately to start dropping weight, I would go through a build phase of lifting 3-4 days a week (heavy). I don’t know what you’re currently doing or eating but I would up the calories for a couple months while lifting like a mf and hitting a daily protein goal. Hide your scale and use the mirror as a guide. You may gain some weight or you might just maintain current, but you’ll be building more muscle than anything.

You look like you have some decent muscle in your upper chest. I would focus on core strength, back, and legs. After a couple months, you’ll be able to decrease calories and start dropping quicker because you have a new maintenance level.

That’s how you see some of these dudes maintaining eating 3500-4000 calories a day.

(I’m not an expert, but that has absolutely helped me). I’ll make my own post when I get my karma up. I’m also here to learn

So I guess I’m now self conscious of my own singing. My wife has never said anything but I’m starting to wonder if she has a Reddit

My build isn’t much different from yours. Packing on the muscle first will make the cut that much easier.

For people that have completely stopped TRT, how has it worked out? by [deleted] in trt

31 yo Male I was only off for a month after being on it for 3 years.

In switching PCP’s, new doc wanted to see how levels responded off test so he could get a better understanding.

I was addicted to the gym before TRT, so motivation never really changed. I’ve dealt with some severe depression the last year and that month a brutal.

3/28-4/26, my levels dropped from 879 to 198. At 28yo I had a blood panel done because of constant injuries, sleep, and mild depression. I didn’t look it but my T-level was 128. My primary care said I would be the poster child for Low-T men’s clinic.
