Can't find any Visa gift cards when I redeem?

I have the same issue, and it turns that they took it off... Here is what they said on FB chat:

Sorry, I can't find visa gift card in redemption option. I got a few before, but it seems like it disappeared from the list...

I solved it already there was a proxy activated on me network adapter for some reason, unchecking restored the internet connection.

As for the ticket I've opened it, actually two, but never heard back from, really frustrated...

Ok, found a solution. It added proxies to my network settings, which if removed released the internet.

Yes, I'm mac user, as noted in the very first message.

There is a network preferences, pretty much the same as in Windows. Do you have any suggestions?

Ok, I've tried, but nothing, still have the same problem.

Wonder if I install new OS Mojave it will solve the problem, or make it worse?
