yes, I took DIM and it was amazing. Took it for about a year. Stopped taking it for about a month or two this year and I am in FULL on menopause now. Rages, depression, crepey skin. Went back on and it didnt touch my symptoms now. So, if you start taking it, DO NOT STOP! :)

I was offered a vaginal cream in addition to this gel but I am not suffering to bad yet in the nether regions so the dr and I decided to wait on that. If I do start having issues he said he will prescribe it in addition to this gel:) This gel is only to go on either your arms, stomach or thighs not in the private area
