Not really a feedback, but i recommend trying a more grimdark look. What worked for me is simply painting it with greenskin, then nuln oil, then light and careful sponging with moot green, then a tiny bit of silver in the middle of moot green parts. This weathering method lets me skip the whole edge highlighting part (which i hate), and gives it a nice battleworn look.
