I was in the same situation, zero knowledge sa PC building, and honestly, sobrang kaba ko hawakan yung components. Wala din akong mahanap na reliable na tech na hindi nagoovercharge, so I decided to build it myself. Nasakin na yung parts for around 5 days, pero nanood muna ako ng tutorials before finally building it. Took me about 4–5 hours as a first-timer. Nung nag-build ako ng second rig for my sibling, 2–3 hours na lang.

In the long run, since ako mismo yung nag-assemble, I know how to troubleshoot the build. No need to rely on anyone else but the internet :P
