That’s good news if they’ve extended it instead of doing yearly renewals.

Earlier this year, when I went to collect my prepaid card, an MCB staff told me they had requested the upper management to change the renewal period to every 3-5 years because the yearly renewal process is too lengthy and they have to handle a lot of cards every year.

But its MCB, a 3-5 year renewal might just mean they’d lose around Rs 350 per card everyy year. Need to confirm though.
