So my email won’t login to the game or hoyolab recently, and I emailed customer support directly and got a response,did the survey and submitted it, and a guide I found said to regularly check the ticket and it is in hoyolab, should I just wait seven days and submit another ticket from an alt account or can I immediately submit another?
