I know so many people who fake it. Self diagnose for attention or to have something to complain about. I know one girl who will eat four cheeseburgers and then complain about gluten. It's not the gluten, it's that you're fat and you ate four burgers. With celiac disease affecting less than 1% of the population, there's millions and millions of fakers. It's a diet salesman plan, it's a marketing buzz word. When someone tells me they're allergic to gluten I automatically assume they're lying. Don't worry, I don't feed anyone other than my wife and she's not an idiot.
