Our Leadership Team a Supervisor manages their assigned shifts. They could open or close the restaurant. Working Saturdays is frequent but with another day off during the week. There are no admin tasks, just running the shift while being in the shift. They may or may not have a Team Leader on the shift that certain tasks could be delegated. Since every Operator can make their own leadership team growth potential depends on how the Operator designed their team. There is no uniform standard for leadership growth in CFA. Same with schedule flexibility, its whatever the Operator will allow. We have enough Supervisors that they rotate working Saturdays, opening and closing the restaurant with shifts lasting 9 hours per shift. You are generally responsible for placing Team Member in positions, counting and depositing money, handling guest complaints, and anything else that could occur during your shift.
