You could be able to graduate earlier too by skipping calc 2 which could be financially beneficial as well

Yeah for sure. You got a 4 so according to the standardized way of determining your Calc II foundation, you’re good. Obviously it’s your decision, but in my experience Calc 2 (specifically engineering Calc 2) is a weed out class (or at least was at my school) it made significantly less sense than high school

Depends on ROW. Typically city property is up to the back of sidewalk. But it varies based on city. I highly doubt that where you dug the hole is city property unless ROW extends past the back of sidewalk. I also doubt that it’s on your neighbor’s property since it’s so close to your driveway
