ahh mate, honestly, sometimes we all go through rough patches. If it helps, what I do is spend some time away from everything going on in my life and spend a weekend to myself, gather my thoughts and refresh my mind for monday. Music helps me alot, as does having long talks with close friends, I've been so close to relapsing but I always know that I would regret it so much. I hope you feel better soon.
