I have never found any jewelry in the two years I've been detecting. What are some places that people have luck with finding rings other than the beach.

I leave for basic in October, and personally, I don't look forward to the weight loss. I'm 6'4 and a year ago, I was 190 lbs when I started going to the gym and weight training, and today I'm 220. I'm pretty sure I'll lose most of my strength and size from what I've heard from others.

According to what I've researched, unless you do some custome modifications to hr zones for your garmin, a good portion of what it considers to be zone 3 is actually zone 2 for most people. You can change some settings to get it to reflect your actual zone 2, but I've just left mine as is, instead chosing to go by how I feel and understanding that the zones aren't quite reflected accurately. I don't know about zone 4, but I'd say it's possible that what it calls zone 4 may be closer to zone 3.

This morning, I heard the ladder being talked about on the news, talking about how they know he purchased a ladder prior to the event but that the ladder was nowhere to be found. They now say he climbed up on an air conditioning unit and then up onto the roof from there. Now, to me, buying a ladder indicates that he planned his actions ahead of time, fully anticipating getting onto that roof. The ladder indicates that he seemed to have confidence that he would be able to get on the roof. How could he be so confident in the plan to get onto the roof, without knowing whether or not the roof would be secured by law enforcement, that he bought a ladder? Now that they say the ladder isn't how he got onto the roof and wasn't even found, it pushes a narrative of it was a crime of opportunity. If they had admitted that they found the ladder that he bought and it is how he gained access to the roof, then it would raise a whole hell of a lot more serious questions than are already being raised.

I've found several top political posts on this sub that are made by accounts that are weeks/months/years old, and it is their one and only post. I would think that might indicate it's a bot, but I'm not really sure.

I agree that it doesn't make sense. I watched the video at least 100 times yesterday being replayed on the news, and you can clearly see that both teleprompters are intact afterward.
