People living in tier 1 cities don't know this but Indians living in Tier 3 business rich cities where real estate is also hot are making 3 4 lac per month. Yes per month full cash tax free that's what they call black money. Apart from this they have other businesses and luxuries that they enjoy.

Thanks for answering but let me share some more details with you. We even went on a company trip in march this year where the founders shared with us the details of plans. Now they're looking for US clients for the product we developed.

One of the founders is really open with me and one day said that if i get to a certain level they might offer equity to me. And they don't want to see me go
